Manuel Troncoso advocates for human-centric administration in Paraná

Manuel Troncoso, the Minister of Government and Labor for Entre Ríos, participated in the opening of the 52nd National Conference and 21st International Congress of Administrative Law in Paraná, Argentina. Representing Governor Rogelio Frigerio, Troncoso emphasized the necessity of maintaining a human perspective within state procedures, noting that behind every file and administrative process, there are individual rights, needs, and interests.

During his address, Troncoso discussed the role of artificial intelligence and digitalization in public management. While acknowledging that these technologies can increase efficiency, modernize processes, and reduce paper use, he warned against the risks of uncontrolled technological implementation. He stressed that algorithms should not dominate decision-making and that the state must ensure citizen guarantees are not weakened by automation.
