Manuela Auinger awarded Helmut‑Rothemund Medal by Bavarian SPD

The Bavarian SPD local chapter in Neufahrn unveiled its newly elected board, naming Maximilian Heumann as chairman and highlighting other members such as Beate Frommhold‑Buhl and Daniel Fischer. At the ceremony, Markus Rinderspacher, vice‑president of the Bavarian Landtag, presented Manuela Auinger with the Helmut‑Rothemund Medal, a rare honour recognizing exceptional voluntary service in political, cultural or social life. Auinger was lauded for her long‑standing role as the municipality’s sport referent, her four‑year presidency of the partnership association with Gardolo, her deep local roots, and her financial expertise. The award marks her twenty‑year involvement with the Neufahrn SPD, during which she has also served on the municipal council since 2008.
