Manuela Jacomel wins Pan-American karate gold

Manuela Jacomel, a 13-year-old karateka from Blumenau, won the gold medal in the Kumite Sub-14 up to 52kg category at the 35th Pan-American Youth Karate Championship held in San José, Costa Rica.

During the competition, Jacomel defeated opponents from Canada, Ecuador, and Argentina before securing a 4-0 victory against a representative from the United States in the final. This achievement follows her South American championship title earlier this year.
