In Germany, AfD leader Alice Weidel has criticized the social welfare system following a case in Witten involving a Syrian man. Weidel claimed the individual is being “durchfinanziert” (fully funded) by the Jobcenter despite allegedly causing public disturbance through Islamic chants. Reports suggest the individual had been exempt from job placement measures since 2023 due to his background.

In Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, a televised debate between SPD's Manuela Schwesig and AfD's Leif-Erik Holm highlighted the intense competition for the upcoming state election. Recent polls show the AfD leading with 35 percent, closely followed by the SPD at 32 percent. Meanwhile, Green Party leader Felix Banaszak faced confrontations with AfD supporters in Saxony-Anhalt, a situation that sparked debate on German talk shows regarding political discourse.

In the United States, journalist Tara Palmeri reported being removed from a Republican National Committee (RNC) event in Dallas. Palmeri stated her press accreditation was revoked after she asked a congressional candidate a question regarding files related to Jeffrey Epstein. The RNC has not issued a formal response to the incident.
