On October 2, Tanabe Consulting and Monozukuri Dot Com will host a seminar featuring Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. The session aims to address shortages in technical skills, DX talent, and next-generation leadership. A representative from Daihatsu will discuss how the company fosters digital talent from within its existing workforce through grassroots activities and small-scale successes rather than relying solely on external recruitment.

On October 6, a separate online seminar co-hosted by Ingage Inc., Infocom Corporation, and IT Plan Co., Ltd. will address business process fragmentation. This event will cover growth strategies for the AI era, including centralized data management through next-generation ERP and the automation of inquiry responses to reduce reliance on specific individuals.
