Manzanares hosts cultural event as part of Quixote Values Route

The Quixote Values Route, part of the Legado Quijote 2026 programming, held an event in Manzanares featuring heritage, theater, music, sports, and gastronomy. The initiative is organized by the Ciudad Real Provincial Council in collaboration with the local City Council.

María Jesús Pelayo, first vice president of the Provincial Council, stated that the route aims to promote Manchegan identity and create opportunities by showcasing local assets. She noted that the province possesses significant natural parks, traditions, and gastronomy, which contributed to a record year for domestic tourism.

Local Mayor Julián Nieva expressed appreciation for the inclusion of Manzanares in the program, noting that the city's high volume of annual cultural offerings aligns with the spirit of the initiative.
