Mao releases electronic remix of Delta V’s ‘Wendy’ with Tokyo video

Italian singer-songwriter Mauro Gurlino, known as Mao, issued an electronic remix of Delta V’s song “Wendy” on 31 July 2026. The remix is part of the “In fatti ostili RMX” compilation, which gathers reinterpretations of the band’s album *In fatti ostili* by various artists from the Italian alternative scene. The release was handled by Universal Music Italia.

The accompanying music video was directed by Belgian‑born filmmaker Nicolas Fransolet and filmed in Tokyo, presenting an urban‑nightscape that matches the track’s cinematic, electronic style. The collaboration continues a long‑standing relationship between Mao and Delta V that dates back to the 1990s, including previous songwriting and live‑performance ties.
