Maomi Yuki announces divorce following move to Malaysia

Japanese personality Maomi Yuki announced her divorce via Instagram on August 24. In her statement, she noted that she and her husband have ended their relationship as a married couple but will continue to cooperate as parents to raise their two daughters.

Yuki had recently relocated to Malaysia with her children for educational purposes, while she focused on studying English. Previous interviews suggested that the couple faced challenges due to her husband's profession as a hairdresser, which limited their time together, and the physical distance created by her move abroad.

Following the announcement, comedian Shinichi Omio-kuri Geinin posted on X that he had followed Yuki, prompting a humorous rebuttal from comedian Hollywood Zakoshisho.
