Maíra Cardi and Thiago Nigro purchase R$ 45 million estate

Maíra Cardi and Thiago Nigro have purchased a new luxury property in Porto Feliz, São Paulo, valued at approximately R$ 45 million. Located in the Fazenda Boa Vista development, the estate features extensive green areas, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.

The acquisition comes as the couple continues to manage a complex and delayed renovation of their previous R$ 40 million mansion in Alphaville, which was originally owned by Neymar. The Alphaville project has faced numerous structural and contractual setbacks, including issues with roof leaks, incorrect stone materials, and unexpected costs regarding glass frames and doors.
