María José Lubertino criticizes Milei administration

María José Lubertino, president of the Asociación Ciudadana por los Derechos Humanos, has criticized the administration of Javier Milei, describing it as having begun a “witch hunt” dynamic.

During an appearance on the podcast “Quién es,” Lubertino, a prominent lawyer and human rights advocate, discussed the current state of democracy, extractivism, and feminist movements. While acknowledging global legal advancements for women, she noted that real equality of opportunity remains unfulfilled in Argentina and Latin America.

Lubertino expressed significant concern regarding institutional and democratic setbacks, stating that the current political climate represents one of the most critical peaks in recent history.
