Marabu Airlines expands Nuremberg flight connections for 2027
Marabu Airlines is expanding its operations at Nuremberg's Albrecht Dürer Airport for the summer 2027 season. As part of a growth strategy to increase its fleet to 14 Airbus A320neo aircraft, the airline will station a third aircraft permanently in Nuremberg starting in June 2027.
New direct destinations include Lamezia Terme in Italy, which will be served on Mondays and Thursdays, and Preveza in Greece, with flights every Saturday. The airline is also increasing frequency on existing routes, doubling its daily flights to Palma de Mallorca and increasing service to Olbia, Sardinia, to five times per week.
Other destinations in the flight program include Kavala, Hurghada, Corfu, Kos, Crete, and the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, and Tenerife). Additionally, starting May 1, 2027, the airline will update its baggage policies, increasing included checked baggage for Economy Class and providing two checked bags for Business Class passengers.
