Maracaibo and Manta to host major business and tourism expos

Maracaibo, Venezuela, will host the Vitrina Turística 2026 on September 25 and 26 at the Hotel Oceanía Boutique. Organized by the Municipal Tourism Directorate and the Municipal Tourism Fund (Fomutur) in partnership with the private sector, the event aims to position the city as a key tourism destination. The program includes business networking tables, musical performances, and lectures on topics such as the cacao route, digital transformation, artificial intelligence in tourism, and sustainable destinations.

In Manta, Ecuador, the Expo Manabí Industrial 2026 is scheduled for October 13 and 14 at the Oro Verde Hotel. Organized by the Chamber of Industries and Production of Manabí (CIP Manabí) alongside local government and academic institutions, the expo expects over 100 brands and 10,000 visitors. The event focuses on industrial innovation, internationalization, and digital security, featuring experts who will discuss strategies for brands to enter international markets.
