FIFA has officially announced the schedule and host cities for the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil. The tournament will feature 32 national teams and will be held across eight Brazilian cities. The Maracanã stadium in Rio de Janeiro has been selected to host both the opening match on June 24, 2027, and the tournament final on July 25, 2027.

As the host nation, Brazil is automatically qualified and will be seeded in Group A. The Brazilian women's team is scheduled to play their opening match at the Maracanã, followed by matches in São Paulo at the Neo Química Arena and in Brasília at the Mané Garrincha stadium during the group stage.

The tournament structure includes an intercontinental playoff to determine the final three qualifying spots. This playoff phase will involve ten teams competing in two stages to secure their places in the 32-team field.
