Maranello to host fifth Tola Dolza Day in memory of Monica Mammi

The fifth edition of “Tola Dolza Day” will take place in Maranello on Saturday, September 12. The event is dedicated to the memory of Monica Mammi, a former local city councilor and active volunteer who passed away in December 2021 at the age of 43.

The program includes a charity walk starting at 5:00 PM from the Via Claudia middle school parking lot, leading to the “Quiet Corner” at Torre della Strega in Fogliano. This scenic area was named in Mammi's honor in 2022 as a place for reflection. Along the path, various plaques featuring her favorite quotes are displayed and updated annually.

Following the walk, a celebration will be held at the Fogliano Church, featuring a food stand organized by the local parish and AVAP. Proceeds from food sales and the sale of “Tola Dolza” branded clothing will be donated to charity, specifically supporting leukemia research and the missionary work of Sister Donata Ferrari in Africa.
