Maranhão State Audit Court launches public contest for 40 positions

The Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Maranhão (TCE‑MA) published a public contest offering 40 immediate vacancies for the positions of Auditor Estadual de Controle Externo, Analista Estadual de Apoio ao Controle Externo and Técnico Estadual de Controle Externo. Initial salaries range from R$ 11,061.72 for technicians to R$ 20,112.20 for auditors. The selection process is managed by Cebraspe.

Applications are accepted online from 17 July to 21 August, with fee payment allowed until 15 September (R$ 300 for auditors, R$ 250 for analysts, R$ 200 for technicians). The objective and discursive exams are scheduled for 22 November (analysts) and 29 November (auditors and technicians). The objective test consists of 100 multiple‑choice questions (40 general knowledge, 60 specific) lasting five hours, while the discursive stage includes a technical writing piece and additional questions specific to each role.
