Marantz launches MCR 60n compact all-in-one hi-fi system

Marantz has announced the launch of the MCR 60n, a compact all-in-one hi-fi system designed for high-quality audio performance in smaller spaces. The system integrates a preamplifier, power amplifier, and a front-loading CD mechanism.

Technical specifications include an output power of 65 watts per channel into 4 ohms and a new power supply designed to improve dynamics and bass performance. The unit features four channels of amplification, supporting Bi-Amp and Parallel Bridge-Tied Load (BTL) modes, and includes dual speaker outputs to allow for two independent listening zones.

Connectivity options include HDMI eARC for television integration, a built-in MM phono stage for turntables, and the HEOS networking platform for high-resolution streaming. Supported formats include PCM up to 384kHz/32-bit and DSD up to 11.2MHz, with compatibility for services such as Spotify, TIDAL, Qobuz Connect, AirPlay2, and Roon Ready. A Europe-specific MCR 60n DAB model is also being introduced.
