Marbella City Council expands digital administrative services

The Marbella City Council has expanded its electronic office by adding twelve new digital procedures, bringing the total number of individualised telemetric tasks available to citizens to 184.

The new procedures belong to the Activities and Openings area within the Industry delegation. They specifically involve responsible declarations and environmental effects related to the startup and operation of businesses. Municipal spokesperson Félix Romero stated that these updates aim to facilitate the relationship between residents and the administration, allowing for more agile and secure management from home.

By implementing these digital services, residents can initiate procedures without the need to request an appointment or travel to a municipal office. This expansion is intended to support the city's productive fabric, particularly in sectors like tourism and hospitality where business openings and changes are frequent.
