Marbella police arrest three for drug trafficking and weapons possession
Spanish National Police have arrested three individuals, including two minors, in Marbella for suspected involvement in synthetic drug trafficking and possession of various weapons.
The investigation began in July following the discovery of a stolen vehicle from Portugal that was being used to conceal illegal items. The vehicle featured fraudulent Swedish license plates and contained large machetes, five semi-automatic pistols, clown masks, and silicone masks designed to simulate human faces.
During subsequent house searches, authorities seized 827 grams of ketamine, 670 grams of 2CB (also known as ‘Tusi’ or ‘pink cocaine’), 52 grams of MDMA, and 425 ecstasy pills. Cash in various currencies, totaling over 21,000 euros and several hundred dollars, was also recovered. The adult suspect has been placed in provisional prison, while the two minors have been sent to a juvenile detention center.
