Marbella unveils luxury Coya Suite at Puente Romano and a 400 m² Epic chalet

Puente Romano Marbella has opened the private Coya Suite, a 310 m² residence that can be rented nightly for exclusive events. The suite includes a main salon, a custom‑built Pisco Bar, a private wine cellar called The Temple, terraced solariums, a game room, and a super‑king bedroom with its own jacuzzi‑ equipped terrace. Guests can also book the full Coya experience, which adds a dinner at the Coya restaurant and private DJ entertainment.

In the same coastal enclave, the Epic Marbella development by Sierra Blanca Estates in partnership with Fendi Casa has completed a 400 m² chalet. Designed by GC Studio, the two‑level villa features a 100 m² terrace, an open‑plan kitchen‑dining area, three en‑suite bedrooms on the main floor and two additional bedrooms plus a leisure space below. High‑end materials, bespoke furnishings and a garden‑oriented layout were chosen to blend luxury with year‑round outdoor living.
