MotoGP rider Marc Márquez has signaled a potential shift in his public image and injury management strategy following a recent social media post. Despite previously stating a desire to avoid discussing his right arm—which has undergone seven surgeries over the last six years—Márquez shared a photo on Instagram showing his torso and the affected shoulder and arm.

This move is viewed as a calculated decision by his management company, Vertical, following a difficult performance at the Silverstone Grand Prix. After a three-week break intended for recovery, Márquez struggled at the British circuit, finishing ninth in the sprint race approximately 14 seconds behind winner Jorge Martín. He noted that he was unable to maintain his usual pace during the session.
