Marcello Novaes lives in Teresópolis as son Diogo joins new TV Globo cast

Actor Marcello Novaes has embraced a lifestyle centered on nature, living on a rural property in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro. Since moving from the capital in 2020, the 64-year-old has focused on managing his estate, which includes organic gardening, animals, and self-built structures. He resides there primarily alone, maintaining a strong connection to the land and manual work.

His son, Diogo Novaes, is continuing the family's connection to the entertainment industry. Diogo has been cast as one of the protagonists in the upcoming TV Globo soap opera ‘Elas que lutem’, scheduled to premiere in March. This follows his previous appearances in ‘Dona de mim’ and the Globoplay production ‘Dra. Perfeita, Sr. Caótico’.
