Marcello Roveda, Milanese street artist, missing in Ibiza

Marcello Roveda, a 43-year-old street artist from Milan known professionally as ‘Hello Marte’, has been missing in Ibiza since the night of September 28-29. Roveda was on vacation on the Spanish island when he reportedly entered a taxi near Avenida Vuit d’Agost in Ibiza Town. His last communication was a message to his partner, Federica Frulla, stating that he was on his way to meet her, but he never arrived.

Spanish police are investigating the disappearance, though no breakthroughs have been reported. The search is considered particularly urgent as Roveda is diabetic. His partner has expressed significant concern regarding the lack of updates and communication delays from Spanish authorities.

Roveda is a recognized figure in the urban art world, having participated in events such as Art Basel Miami and the São Paulo Street Art Biennale. His work includes murals in Milan and international projects, such as a piece near the Italian embassy in Dakar.
