Marcellus Wiley Faces New Domestic Violence Restraining Order Allegations

Former NFL player Marcellus Wiley was arrested on July 4 in Orange County after a reported battery call and released the next day on a $1,000 bond. His estranged wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley, filed for divorce and obtained a temporary restraining order on July 7 that bars Wiley from contacting her, their three children, and their Encino home.

Annemarie Wiley has since filed additional court paperwork claiming Wiley repeatedly violated the orders. She alleges he entered a Florida no‑contact zone at their son’s tournament from July 6‑8, breached a California restraining order on July 8, and continued to call and text their children, including a WhatsApp call at 4:30 a.m. on July 9. She told the court, "The fact that Marcellus continues to violate the court’s orders makes me very afraid."

A hearing on the restraining order is scheduled for July 24, and Wiley faces an August 4 arraignment on the domestic‑battery charge tied to his July 4 arrest. The couple’s three children are Marcellus Jr. (10), Ariya (7) and Alivia (6).
