Marcelo Fernando Miguelez accused of shooting teenager while in custody for homicide

Marcelo Fernando Miguelez has been formally accused of a violent shooting in the Obrero neighborhood. The incident occurred on September 14 of last year, when Miguelez allegedly used a vehicle to block a teenager's path before shooting him in the leg, causing a tibia fracture.

Miguelez was already in custody for the homicide of Agustín Flores, which took place on June 26 in the Villarino area. Prosecutors allege that Miguelez and Valentín Quidel fired at least 15 rounds from 9mm pistols at Flores, resulting in his death. Both suspects remain in preventive detention.
