In Argentina, businessman Marcelo Porcel is heading to oral trial after a judge rejected defense motions to dismiss charges. Porcel faces accusations of aggravated sexual abuse involving at least ten minors from Palermo Chico school, corruption of minors, and the production of sexual material. The prosecution is seeking a 15-year prison sentence.
