Marcelo Zantti debuts Parallax collection at Runway Vision

Designer Marcelo Zantti presented his “Parallax” collection at the Runway Vision event in Rio de Janeiro. The collection marks two years of the Zantti brand and 20 years of the designer's professional career.

Inspired by the astronomical concept of parallax—the apparent change in an object's position when viewed from different points—the collection explores themes of displacement, perspective, and transformation. The designs utilize volumes and proportions that shift in appearance as the wearer moves.

The aesthetic draws from 1980s gothic and maximalist influences, blending dramatic elements with cleaner lines. The collection features bright surfaces, saturated colors, and bold silhouettes. Additionally, the brand maintains a zero-waste production approach by repurposing fabrics from its own atelier.
