Italy regional authorities allocate funds for infrastructure and reconstruction
Various Italian regions are implementing localized funding initiatives for infrastructure, culture, and public services. In the Marche region, the Special Office for Reconstruction has allocated funds for several projects, including over 400,000 euros for cemetery improvements in Offida and San Severino Marche, and additional resources for the reconstruction of the Urbisaglia Archaeological Museum.
In the Valle dell’Aso, the EVA project has received a 670,000 euro increase to support an agro-food hub for small and medium enterprises. Meanwhile, in Campania, the Irpinia region is receiving 2.15 million euros for tourism promotion, with Atripalda securing 200,000 euros for its 'Irpinia Terra di Mezzo' project.
In Calabria, the regional government has approved provisional rankings for 170 municipalities to receive approximately 25 million euros for rural road and infrastructure improvements. Additionally, local municipalities like Molfetta and Recanati are investing in cemetery maintenance and equipment to improve public services and decorum.
