Marche Region announces new employment and business incentive programs
The Marche Region has announced two distinct financial support initiatives aimed at boosting the local economy and workforce.
The ‘Marche Giovani’ program provides €487,800 in non-repayable grants to companies in the Marche region that hire or convert existing contracts into full-time, permanent positions for qualified graduates under the age of 36. The grants are tiered based on the role: €50,000 for executive positions, €30,000 for middle management, €20,000 for internal promotions to middle management, and €15,000 for internal promotions to executive roles. To qualify, companies must have an operational unit in Marche, have no recent layoffs for similar roles, and meet specific tax and labor compliance standards.
Additionally, the ‘Credito Futuro Marche’ initiative will launch on September 9, offering €11 million in support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and self-employed workers. This program supports projects valued between €40,000 and €200,000, with bank loans ranging from €36,000 to €190,000. The funding covers investments in infrastructure, machinery, software, and low-emission vehicles, as well as working capital. The package includes interest rate subsidies, guarantees through confidi, and non-repayable grants covering up to 10% of the investment project.
