Marche region initiatives focus on entrepreneurship and technical education

ITS Academy Marche region vocational training entrepreneurship industrial skills

The Marche region is seeing increased focus on professional development and specialized technical education. In Milan, 28 young entrepreneurs from Marche participated in a high-level training program at Teatro Arcimboldi. Organized through a collaboration between Massimo Cupillari and the ROI Group, the forum featured 13 international speakers addressing topics such as behavioral finance and corporate longevity.

Simultaneously, the ITS Academy system is expanding its outreach through the ‘NEXT IN – ITS Marche Week’ tour. The initiative launched in Fabriano, attracting over 300 students to explore post-diploma specialization opportunities. These academies are designed to bridge the gap between education and industry requirements.

ITS Academy programs, reorganized under Italian law, offer two- or three-year courses with a heavy emphasis on practical experience. At least 35% of the curriculum consists of company internships, and 60% of instruction is provided by industry professionals. National monitoring indicates high success rates, with approximately 80% of graduates securing employment within one year and over 90% working in their field of study.
