Marche region municipalities open school textbook subsidy applications

Municipalities in the Marche region of Italy have opened application periods for subsidies to provide free or semi-free school textbooks for the 2026/2027 academic year. These grants target students in compulsory and secondary education from economically disadvantaged families.

In Macerata, residents can apply until November 16. Eligibility is based on an ISEE 2026 value, with priority given to those in the first bracket (up to €10,632.94) and secondary support for the second bracket (up to €13,500.00). Applicants must provide valid ISEE documentation, proof of textbook expenses, and bank details.

In Civitanova Marche, the deadline for applications is November 11. Eligible students must reside in the municipality and have a family ISEE not exceeding €13,500.00. The program covers students attending state or private secondary schools located both within and outside the Marche region. Applications can be submitted in person, via regular mail, or through certified email (PEC).
