Marcianise to receive rare 1861 novel by Federico Quercia

The great-granddaughter of the noted patriot and writer Federico Quercia is donating a rare three-volume novel to the Municipality of Marcianise. The work, titled ‘Luigi e Giulia, racconto de’ nostri tempi’, was published in Naples in 1861 by the Stamperia del Nazionale di Napoli.

The literary document is currently undergoing professional restoration to ensure its physical integrity and preserve its bibliographic value. Once the restoration is complete, local authorities intend to make the work available for public viewing.
