Marco Antonio Solís leaves door open for Los Bukis reunion

Marco Antonio Solís has indicated that a reunion for the musical group Los Bukis is possible in the future, depending on public demand. Speaking at the 24th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), Solís addressed the group's upcoming conclusion of a cycle with two farewell concerts scheduled for December.

Solís noted that while it is difficult to balance his solo career with the group's activities, he is open to returning to the stage with Los Bukis if fans request it. “We finish, God knows what can happen, sometimes the public wants it, demands it and it happens, we will do what we have to do,” he stated.

The appearance at the festival coincided with the presentation of a remastered version of the 1990 film “Cómo fui a enamorarme de ti,” which features the group. Solís expressed gratitude for the opportunity to re-release the film 36 years later and highlighted the enduring relevance of the group's music among younger generations.
