Marco Bezzecchi discusses friendship with Kimi Antonelli and injury recovery

MotoGP title contender Marco Bezzecchi has highlighted his close friendship with Formula 1 driver Kimi Antonelli. The two Italian racers have maintained a strong bond, recently celebrating Antonelli's 20th birthday at a water park.

Antonelli recently paid tribute to MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi by wearing a special edition helmet during the Italian Grand Prix at Monza. While Antonelli is a fan of Rossi, Bezzecchi noted that contractual obligations with Mercedes have limited Antonelli's ability to engage in certain activities, such as visiting Rossi's motocross ranch.

Separately, Bezzecchi is preparing for the San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix. Currently third in the championship with 232 points, he is working to recover from an injury sustained at the Sachsenring. His primary goal heading into the Misano race is to return to his early-season form while managing physical challenges on the technical track.
