PAN reorganizes leadership and prepares for Chihuahua elections

The National Action Party (PAN) is undergoing internal organizational shifts in Chihuahua as it prepares for future electoral cycles. The National Executive Committee (CEN) has appointed Marco Bonilla as the state political coordinator and Daniela Álvarez as the strategic state coordinator to strengthen the party's territorial presence and organizational structure.

Within the party, several figures are positioning themselves for the 2027 municipal presidency of Chihuahua capital. César Jáuregui Moreno has expressed readiness to compete, advocating for a selection process based on clear rules, internal measurements, and openness to both party members and citizens. He emphasized that the CEN should lead the definition of the candidacy due to the municipality's strategic importance.

Other political movements include Senator Mario Vázquez highlighting the designation of Marco Bonilla as a defender of PAN values in the state, suggesting this move preconfigures a potential future candidacy for the governorship.
