Marcos Granda to open new restaurant in Málaga's Muelle Uno

Restaurateur Marcos Granda, whose culinary group holds six Michelin stars, is set to open a new restaurant in Málaga’s Muelle Uno shopping center. The project, potentially named ‘Paula de Marcos’ after his daughter, is expected to open in February 2027.

Occupying a 1,000-square-meter space previously held by chef José Carlos García, the new establishment will offer an informal dining concept. The proposal aims for an accessible mid-range price point, with an expected average ticket of 40 to 45 euros. The venue is designed as a versatile meeting space, combining gastronomy with cocktails and cultural activities, operating daily from 12:00 to 22:00.

The menu will focus on local products from Málaga and Andalusia, featuring regional wines and cured meats from Ronda. Granda, a sommelier by trade, intends to utilize his existing professional team to maintain service continuity rather than hiring an external chef.
