Marcus Rashford departs Barcelona; club signs Anthony Gordon as replacement

England forward Marcus Rashford completed a season‑long loan at FC Barcelona in 2025‑26, recording 14 goals and 11‑14 assists in 49 appearances and helping the club secure the La Liga title. Barcelona chose not to activate the £26 million buy‑out clause and instead signed Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon for around £70 million.
