Marcus Rashford's Transfer Future Remains Unclear Amid Manchester United, Barcelona and Tottenham Interest

Marcus Rashford, the 28‑year‑old England forward, is set to leave Manchester United at the end of the season. Barcelona had him on loan last season but did not activate the €30 million purchase option. United hope to raise up to £40 million for the player, though £25 million may be the realistic figure.

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked as a possible destination, with reports of a £325,000‑per‑week contract that would make Rashford the club’s highest‑earner. Sources, however, say Rashford does not want to move to another Premier League side.

Manchester United teammate Harry Maguire said he would welcome Rashford’s return, stating, “I know what an exceptional player he is … it would be great for the club if we can reach a mutual agreement.” Barcelona remain monitoring the situation and are reportedly ready to propose another loan deal.
