Mardin family disputes dog purchase from Aydın

A family in Mardin, Turkey, is seeking a resolution after purchasing a dog from Aydın that they claim does not match the description provided by the seller.

Günay Bilbay stated that the purchase was made to fulfill his young daughter's request for a ‘panda-faced Pomeranian.’ The family was initially hesitant due to having cats at home, but they proceeded after being assured the dog would be calm, docile, and compatible with other pets.

However, Bilbay claims the dog received is hyperactive and exhibits aggressive behavior, making it difficult to manage within the household. Despite contacting the seller and being told a mistake might have occurred, the family reports that no corrective action has been taken over the past four months.
