Marechal Cândido Rondon hosts forum on disability rights

The municipality of Marechal Cândido Rondon held the 1st Municipal Forum on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Organized by the Municipal Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (COMUDER) in partnership with the local government, the event aimed to promote social participation, accessibility, and inclusive public policies.

The forum included lectures on public policies and served as a platform for community members, professionals, and representatives to identify challenges and demands. The contributions gathered during the meeting will form the basis for the development of the city’s 1st Municipal Plan for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
