Maremma faces intense heat with temperatures reaching 38°C

The Maremma region, specifically the province of Grosseto, is experiencing intense summer heat. Forecasts indicate that temperatures will remain high through Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11.

In the provincial capital of Grosseto, temperatures are expected to reach up to 38 degrees Celsius. Other areas in the province, such as Follonica and Massa Marittima, will also see significant heat, with highs ranging between 35 and 36 degrees. While coastal areas like Orbetello and Monte Argentario may see slightly lower maximum temperatures, humidity is expected to increase the perceived heat.
