Margaret Mitchell appointed EVP for North & Central Europe at Kiko Milano

Margaret Mitchell, former chief commercial officer of Space NK, has joined Italian beauty brand Kiko Milano as executive vice president for North and Central Europe and global commercial strategy, effective August 25. She will report directly to CEO Simone Dominici and oversee the brand’s expansion across France, Benelux, the Nordics, Germany‑Austria‑Switzerland, Poland, the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as shaping its global commercial approach across travel retail and digital wholesale.

The appointment is part of Kiko Milano’s broader leadership refresh, which recently added Marcello Mastrogiacomo as global EVP of brand, communication and media. The company also launched a limited‑edition “Matte Diaries” line this month, underscoring its push to strengthen brand awareness and accelerate growth in key European markets.
