Margarida Talapa presides over AP-CPLP session in Angola
Margarida Talapa, President of the Assembly of the Republic of Mozambique, is presiding over the 15th Intercalar Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (AP-CPLP) in Angola.
The session focuses on the theme “Democratic Governance, Security and Integrity: Strengthening Institutional Resilience in the CPLP.” Discussions aim to address challenges regarding the functioning of democratic institutions, security, and integrity within the Lusophone space.
The agenda includes meetings of the Conference of Presidents of National Parliaments, various permanent commissions covering politics, economy, environment, and culture, as well as dedicated sessions for the CPLP Networks of Women and Youth Parliamentarians.
