Margo Cilker Announces Third Album 'Little White Cross' for October 9

Acclaimed folk‑country singer‑songwriter Margo Cilker has announced her third album, *Little White Cross*, slated for release on October 9 via Fossil Records, a label she launched with fellow musician ISMAY (Avery Hellman). The ten‑song set was recorded in Lockhart, Texas, at The Bunker with writer‑producer Bruce Robison, using an all‑analog tape setup and a studio band that includes pedal‑steel player Eric Heywood and others. The title track, originally written by friend Christy Hays, serves as the lead single and frames the album as a concept record exploring personal and societal reckoning.

The release follows 2023’s *Valley of Heart’s Delight*, which earned multiple year‑end accolades. Cilker will support the album with an East Coast co‑headlining tour alongside Lilly Hiatt, followed by headlining shows in Portland and Seattle and a West Coast run supporting The Cactus Blossoms.
