Margrete Nagell-Erichsen lists Holmenkollen luxury apartment for 54 million NOK

Schibsted heir Margrete Nagell-Erichsen has put a 222-square-meter penthouse apartment in the Holmenkollen area of Oslo up for sale. The property, located in a residential complex in Setra vei, has an asking price of 54 million NOK.

The luxury development, completed late last year by Bjørn Rune Gjelsten’s Gjelsten Bolig, consists of 21 apartments across five buildings. The penthouse is situated on the fourth floor and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and views over Oslo. The apartment has not yet been inhabited.

Notable neighbors in the complex include professional golfer Viktor Hovland and real estate billionaire Sigurd Wahl. The complex includes communal facilities such as a Trackman golf simulator. Real estate agent Peter Skaara described the unit as the best in the project due to significant upgrades beyond the standard delivery.
