Mari Selvaraj begins filming ‘Manchanathi’ with music by Ilaiyaraaja

Filming has officially commenced for the new Tamil film ‘Manchanathi’, directed by Mari Selvaraj with music composed by Ilaiyaraaja. The production began with a ceremonial event attended by the cast and technical crew.

Ilaiyaraaja participated in the launch by lighting the traditional lamp and initiating the first scene. Director Mari Selvaraj expressed deep personal significance regarding the collaboration, describing the opportunity to work with the composer as a major life achievement.
