Maria Guilhermina, daughter of Juliano Cazarré, hospitalized in ICU

Maria Guilhermina, the 4-year-old daughter of Brazilian actors Juliano and Letícia Cazarré, has been admitted to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) following health complications. The child, who was born with Ebstein anomaly—a rare congenital heart defect affecting the tricuspid valve—was initially hospitalized with gastroenteritis. Her condition subsequently progressed to include pneumonia and a severe infection.

Due to low immunity related to her underlying heart condition, medical staff had to perform a procedure to insert deep jugular access to administer necessary medications and fluids. Letícia Cazarré shared updates on social media, requesting prayers from followers while noting that Maria remains stable but requires continuous monitoring and further examinations.

Since her birth in June 2022, Maria has undergone multiple surgeries and medical procedures. Her condition has resulted in motor and cognitive delays, swallowing difficulties, and a dependency on a tracheostomy. The family continues to manage her complex medical needs as she undergoes current treatment.
