Maria Guilhermina, daughter of Juliano Cazarré, remains in ICU

Maria Guilhermina, the 4-year-old daughter of Brazilian actor Juliano Cazarré and Letícia Cazarré, remains hospitalized in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) following a series of health complications.

The hospitalization began after a diagnosis of gastroenteritis. Due to low immunity, the condition progressed to include pneumonia, severe infection, and sepsis. During her stay, the child experienced two seizures and a sharp drop in oxygen saturation, which her mother attributed to a rapid fever spike.

Medical updates indicate that Maria Guilhermina is currently dealing with pancreatitis resulting from the sepsis and requires ventilatory support. While showing some signs of improvement, she remains under intensive medical supervision. The child has faced health challenges since birth, including Ebstein anomaly, a rare congenital heart defect.
