Maria Kitsou joins second season of Greek comedy series

Actress Maria Kitsou is set to join the second season of the surreal comedy series ‘Fonoi sto Kampanario’ (Murder in the Bell Tower) on Alpha TV. In a role described as a twist, Kitsou appears in a trailer welcoming police officers to a brothel.

The new season follows the nuns of Agia Theodouli, who find themselves targeted by a dangerous sniper rather than searching for a killer as they did in the first season. For their safety, authorities relocate them to the Monastery of Saint Hypomone in Karditsa.

While attempting to adjust to their new monastic duties, the nuns discover that their new refuge holds its own secrets. The arrival of a new abbess creates further tension and complications, as the sisters begin to suspect unusual activity among the new residents while the sniper remains at large.
