Maria Teresa Armosino nominated as Banca di Asti President

The Board of Directors of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Asti has proposed Maria Teresa Armosino as the new president of Banca di Asti. The nomination is scheduled to be discussed during the shareholders' meeting on November 2.

Armosino, a lawyer specializing in commercial and corporate law, previously joined the bank's board of directors in April. The Foundation stated that this leadership change is intended to support a new phase of development for the bank by combining professional expertise with local knowledge to navigate the evolving banking system.

Her professional background includes experience in corporate governance, extraordinary operations, and former service as an Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
