Maria Tzopanaky cast in new Alpha TV drama series

Maria Tzopanaky has joined the cast of the upcoming Alpha TV drama series, ‘Ya Sena’, in a central role. She portrays Elena Iliadi, a strong and protective mother of three sons—Michalis, Haris, and Filippos—who strives to maintain her family's unity amidst emerging secrets from the past.

The series, set to premiere next television season, focuses on a persistent love story tested by family conflicts and difficult choices. The plot centers on the relationship between Filippos (played by Kimon Kouris) and Melina (played by Irini Angelopoulou), whose bond is challenged by external pressures and hidden truths. Tzopanaky described the core themes of the production as ‘love and forgiveness’.
